Cancellation Policy for our Strategic Doing Courses We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation policy for our Strategic Doing courses. Cancellations 14 Days or More Before the Course Date - Participants will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date. Cancellations 7–13 Days Before the Course Date - Participants will receive a 50% refund or the option to apply the full amount as a credit towards a future course. Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Course Date - No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled course date. Substitutions - If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing with the new participant’s details before the course begins. Course Cancellation by the Organiser - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the course (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
