Bringing Strategy to Life: A Practical Introduction to Strategic Doing for Leaders Across Otago and Southland
On 28 November, the Otago Regional Economic Development Group hosted a successful One-Day Intensive Training for Strategic Doing in Dunedin.
These workshops are designed as an accessible and practical introduction to the principles of Strategic Doing. Whether you're completely new to the methodology or looking for a way to incorporate agile strategy into your work, this workshop provides the perfect starting point.
Twenty participants travelled from across Otago and Southland to attend, including business owners, general managers, community development leaders, facilitators, council representatives, and community project leaders.
Led by Dr. Jo'Anne Langham, a Human Design expert from Brisbane, the session was tailored to a diverse audience, demonstrating how Strategic Doing applies across non-profits, businesses, councils, and community groups. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and a fantastic day was had by all!
