Strategic Doing in Non-Profits

We recently facilitated a workshop for the Central Otago Resilience Trust in Cromwell. The Trust focuses on supporting those facing medical hardship in Central Otago.

The Strategic Doing process provided a clear framework for action, with each member tasked with specific actions to refine their structure and move forward together as a Trust.
