The Strategic Doing Certified Practitioner Training involves 20 hours of immersive instruction spread over 2.5 days. Each participant will receive valuable resources, including:

  • A Copy of Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership: This essential book serves as a cornerstone for learning and practicing Strategic Doing.

  • Strategic Doing Field Guide and Trail Map: These practical tools help guide participants through the steps of implementing Strategic Doing in their teams and organizations.

  • Access to the Practitioner Resource Library: A digital resource hub with templates, tools, and other materials to support your ongoing practice of Strategic Doing.

 

By the end of the training, participants will have everything they need to immediately start applying Strategic Doing to address real-world challenges and lead collaborative efforts to success.
